Shipping

We ship worldwide. Finished works are packed with care for fragile items and sent with tracking. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout; international transit can take 1–4 weeks depending on destination.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Custom Orders

Custom commissions begin after a deposit (typically 30–50%) is paid to secure your slot. Because each piece is made specifically for you, deposits are non-refundable once work has started. Before shipping, we send a proof photo for your approval and include 1–2 small revisions.

Ready-Made Works

Unopened ready-made pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery (return shipping at buyer’s cost). Custom commissions are not eligible for return.

Care

Keep your sculpture dry, out of direct sunlight, and dust lightly with a soft brush. Wool is natural and may shift slightly over time — that’s part of its character.
